What stands behind each investment

01
Registered collateral
Each loan lists the machinery, property or receivables pledged as collateral. We verify the asset before listing.
02
Provision Fund
The fund is financed from platform fees and may support scheduled interest payments while recovery work is under way.
03
Segregated client accounts
Client cash is held separately from company operating funds and is not used for lending.
04
Recovery managed for investors
If a borrower defaults, we manage the recovery process, pursue the collateral and report progress to investors.

FAQ

Straight answers before you invest

How is CrowdHive supervised?

CrowdHive is operated by BellaVista Invest One AG. The company is a member of SRO VQF, a FINMA-recognised self-regulatory organisation under Article 24 of the Swiss Anti-Money Laundering Act. VQF supervision covers anti-money-laundering compliance. CrowdHive is not a bank and does not hold a banking licence.

What returns can I expect?

Projects show target net annual returns of 10% to 17%, depending on grade and term. Interest is scheduled monthly. Actual returns depend on borrower performance and the terms of each project.

How much do I need to start?

The minimum is €100 per project. CrowdHive does not charge investors platform fees. Diversifying across projects can help balance your exposure.

What happens if a borrower defaults?

Each listing explains its collateral. If a borrower defaults, CrowdHive manages recovery, pursues the collateral and reports progress to investors throughout the process.

Can I withdraw early?

Cash that is not invested can be withdrawn. Money committed to a loan normally remains invested until maturity unless a separate exit option is available. The payment schedule and principal repayment date are shown before you invest.
